INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PACKAGES

 

Need help with travel arrangements? Unsure if you should fly into Melbourne or Perth? Nervous about driving on the ‘wrong’ side of the road?  Is  Australia really small enough to do a daytrip to the Cairns  from Sydney with a short break in Alice Springs on the way?

Eclipse 2012 are excited to make your planning easier by organising complete travel and event packages  for international attendees  from

·        London

·         Frankfurt

·         Los Angeles and

·         Tokyo.

 These all inclusive packages contain

·        festival entrance ticket

·        return flights

·        one night accommodation (triple share) in Cairns

·        return transfers to the festival site from Cairns

·        six nights festival accommodation in four metre canvas Psyclone bell tent (triple share; double and single supplements available)

·        safe eclipse viewing glasses and limited edition t-shirt or sarong.

 

OPTION ONE

Pay in three instalments with an initial deposit of 40% due on 31 May. The next 30% to be paid by 15 July and the final 30% by 25 September.

OPTION TWO

Pay in full by 15 July and receive a 5% discount.

 

Look out for our roving eclipse  ambassadors at festivals on all continents throughout the 2012 Summer season. Our friendly ambassadors, including the lovely Sebastian in mainland Europe,  can answer your questions,  book your tickets and allay your fears about dangerous Australian animals like the drop bear.

Upon receipt of the initial minimum deposit, an online verifiable airline booking number will be issued.

These festival packages ARE transferable and name changes ARE permitted up until 15 September for a 100 euro fee.

Cancellations and refunds will incur a 20% handling fee up till 15 September 2012.

Packages become NON refundable and NON transferable with NO name change permitted on or after 15 September 2012.

Any package not paid in full by 15 September will run the risk of being forfeited without any refund of deposits.

All patrons are responsible for their own valid travel documents and visa requirements.

Flights will  arrive in Cairns 09 November so patrons can acclimatise and shop for supplies.

One night accommodation in Cairns before the festival is included in the package.

Return flights depart Cairns either 15 or 89  days after initial arrival date.

Departure dates, places, carrier or times of flights INTO Australia cannot be changed.

Changes to the RETURN flight dates and times, or the departure city, of the RETURN flight ARE allowed at a 100 euro fee.

Maximum validity on flight tickets is 3 months from first day of travel.

 

 

DOMESTIC TRAVEL PACKAGES

The Eclipse 2012 team  have been working hard to make your travel planning easier by organising complete festival packages to witness the total solar eclipse due to grace far north Queensland on 14 November 2012.

Packages will depart from

·         Melbourne

·         Sydney

·         Brisbane

·         Perth.

These all inclusive packages contain

·         festival entrance ticket

·         return flights

·         return transfers to the festival site from Cairns airport

·         six or seven nights festival accommodation in four metre canvas Psyclone bell tent (triple share with double and single supplements available)

·         safe eclipse viewing glasses and limited edition t-shirt or sarong.

Separate packages will be available for those wishing to purchase only return bus transfers from Cairns and/or on site accommodation with their festival tickets.

OPTION ONE

Flights will arrive in Cairns  10 November and are currently booked to depart 18 November. These return flights are fully flexible depending on availability and subject to airline fees.  Additional nights accommodation in Cairns, if required, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
